Terms of Sale

1. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale is formed once we send you an order confirmation email.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout using the payment methods listed on our Payment Options page.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframes are outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page. Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our standard Returns policy applies.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact returns@tnaas.au within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
