Sizing
Get the right size the first time, with this quick sizing and trimming guide.
TNAAS insoles are sized to match standard shoe sizing. Start by selecting the size that matches your usual shoe size.
For the best fit and comfort, remove your shoe's factory insole before inserting your TNAAS insole, if your shoe allows it.
Most TNAAS insoles include trim guidelines on the underside. Place your old insole on top of the TNAAS insole as a template, mark the outline, and trim carefully with scissors along the line for your size.
Insert the insole and check that it lies flat with no bunching at the toe or heel. Walk around for a few minutes — you shouldn't feel any pressure points or your foot sliding forward.
If you're between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing down and trimming, rather than sizing up.
