Order Confirmation

As soon as your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your items. Keep this email — you'll need the order number if you contact us about your order.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery across Australia typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
