Guide

Foot Type Finder

Understanding your arch type is the fastest way to find the right level of support.

The Simple Wet Test

Wet the sole of your foot and step onto a piece of paper or a dry surface where you can see the imprint. Compare the shape of your footprint to the descriptions below.

Flat Arch

You'll see almost the entire sole of your foot in the imprint, with little to no curve on the inner edge. Flat feet usually benefit from firmer, structured arch support — see our Orthotic Arch Support range.

Neutral Arch

A moderate curve is visible along the inner edge of the footprint, roughly half the width of the foot. Neutral arches are well suited to our Everyday Comfort Series.

High Arch

Only a thin strip connects the heel and forefoot in the imprint. High arches often benefit from extra cushioning to absorb impact — see our CarbonMotion Series.

Not Sure What You're Looking At?

Email us a photo of your footprint and we'll help you identify your arch type and recommend a range.
